Atremaru Jungle Retreat

Gorgeous views of the ocean especially at sunset and the nature surrounding the property is beautiful. The area was so peaceful, quiet and really dark at night which was so nice for sleeping. Room was very spacious, had everything you needed and beds were comfortable. The warm shower was such a nice touch as well and sustainable too with the electricity coming from solar panels. Restaurant staff were so nice and food was very good. Reception staff were amazing and organised some great tours for us as well as assisting us with whatever we needed. Super secluded and such a nice getaway from the busy city life!!

This place is everything I wish when vacationing with family. Here you can take in anything the jungle and all of the sounds it has to offer. From early morning to late night. As we're traveling with family you need a little bit more comfort, and that was all provided, continuously taking nature as a starting point. Eco-friendly, good for the community, great staff, proper food. Swimming pool is great to cool down after a humid and sweaty day. And the hike to the secluded beach is tough (take boots or proper shoes) but so worth it. The first time we did it we ran into some monkeys. Normally I would never go back to the same place, for this retreat I am making an exception. If you want to enjoy Palawan at it's cor and you love nature, simply go here! You won't be disappointed.

Breathtaking property outside of Puerto princesa, the rooms themselves were incredible, especially the balcony looking out through the jungle to the ocean. The breakfasts were excellent much like the rest of the food in the restaurant, staff were super friendly and helpful. We were very impressed by the huge pool, it was perfect after a hike through the jungle. The trek to the beach is about 30 mins but well worth doing, we had the whole beach to ourselves. The property organised our transport from the airport and our tour of the underground river, our tour guide Wilson was superb and made sure we had an amazing time. We would definitely recommend spending a few nights here when visiting Puerto Princesa !

Secluded from everything. The place was absolutely beautiful. Good massage and lovely staff. Only had hassle I had was airport pick up took an hour to find my driver and if you have sensitive skin not the best for insects.

It was a magical place to stay, the staff couldn't do enough, for example when we arrived there was a brief deluge of rain, we were met with umbrellas and such a warm welcome as our luggage was carried for us to our room. The accommodation is like any other 'jungle stays' on the island in that it was a large solid walled room/suite with more than enough space for our party of 4. The pool although chilly was a wonderful bonus especially after the trek back from the beach. The butterflies are incredible as were the plants growing in the jungle. Around us.
